Gravity Roller conveyors

Gravity roller conveyors are typically used to move packages, parcels, palletized goods etc. They can be set at a slight incline (hence products literally travel along the unit under the force of gravity), or horizontal, to allow staff to ‘freewheel’ the products along the line.

The rollers themselves come in a range of shapes and sizes, allowing a conveyor to curve and loop. They also come in a range of materials. (see our rollers section for more information)

Gravity conveyors are also very useful as an adjunct to powered conveyor systems , providing a packing or ‘accumulation’ area. (see our accumulation page for more on this).
